Cancellation policy

Subscription payments are processed via Recharge Inc on our website at, along with our related websites, networks, applications, mobile applications.   The services provided by us, our subsidiaries and our affiliates are collectively known as the “Service”. The Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Recharge regarding your use of the Service

Elimin8 Plastic Subscription payments are processed through Shopify Payments using a valid credit card as an secure online payment method.  Shopify Payments Services support most Payment Network Cards, including credit, debit, pre-paid, or gift cards. If you're experiencing issues with your credit card not being accepted, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

Subscription Service.

The Service may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges (“Subscription Service”). If  you activate a Subscription Service, You authorize Recharge to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of either the recurring payments or Your account, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums

Cancellation Policy.

You may cancel, change or amend  your order through the recharge portal at any time before the order has shipped.  Once shipped we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any order, if cancelled through change of mind.     Cancelled orders must be sent back within 30 days.
